Printing and PDF utilities

Written by Anna Lagerkvist

Larger Image

FinePrint is a printer management utility that sits quietly in the background of the computer.

Numerous controls allow printing of multiple pages onto a single sheet of paper, production of booklet-style documents, embedded letterheads, deletion of unwanted pages from print jobs and much more.

FinePrint's pdfFactory is an affordable alternative to Adobe Acrobat, the tool required to create PDFs. It is easy to use and any Windows application with printing capabilities can be used to create PDFs. The set-up is similar to the FinePrint utility.

The two applications are useful and should save a lot of paper and ink or toner. A limited demo version of FinePrint is available from here.
