Business-only airline Silverjet is the latest to joine the electronic ticketing network run by travel software market leader Amadeus.
There are now 150 airlines flying into the UK using the system. In the last six months, the software provider has added a total of 30 UK-based airlines including Malaysia Airlines and Flybe.
More than 85 per cent of tickets issued through Amadeus systems are now electronic, according to the company.
