Off licence Threshers has signed a contract with telecoms provider Thus to provide communications services.

Services will be provided for electronic point of sale, chip-and-PIN, cash, and National Lottery machines.

Technical support is a key part of the deal, said Peter Baxter, head of IT services at the Thresher Group.

“Thus has been proactive in managing our account and understanding what we need to support the diverse range of retail outlets in our estate delivering a solution which serves the group, our staff and our customers well," he said.
