Horizon signs FatPipe and Netcordia

Distributor adds to vendor stable with two new signings

Horizon Solutions, the unified communications division of Horizon UK, has become a premier distributor with FatPipe Networks.

Horizon Solutions will distribute the WAN optimisation security vendors’ route-clustering products.

“FatPipe was impressed by Horizon’s deep knowledge and experience as a leading integrating distributor. We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Horizon in partnership to address the need for high WAN availability as well as increased bandwidth needs to support IP-based video and voice,” he added.

Also announced today, Horizon equIP Technology has partnered with network automation software vendor Netcordia.

The distributor will supply Netcordia’s NetMRI which provides continuous network visibility.

Carolyn Dunlop, technical director at Netcordia, said: “Horizon equIP has a proven track record in developing markets and delivering incremental revenue growth within the channel communities of the leading IT infrastructure vendors.”
