According to Integralis, the technology will enhance is existing ISIS security platform with the addition of management services for database, web and mail servers as well as operating systems and other platforms.

The deal includes existing contracts, worth in excess of $1m and 20 employees, which will be transferred to Integralis with immediate effect.

Simultaneously, Integralis has signed an option agreement for the full acquisition of all the assets of China Managed Services. The company has already signed up a major Chinese telephone carrier as its first partner and is already using the Centris platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, Integralis has undertaken to provide CMS with follow-up finance in the form of a loan by mid 2009, at which point it may also exercise its call option to buy the company.
