A motherboard with gamer-friendly features

Although part of Asus’ Main Station range of workstation motherboards, the M2N32 WS Professional has many of the features that overclockers, enthusiasts and gamers want: two full-speed x16 PCI-E graphics slots for SLI setups, a host of overclocking features in the Bios and a fast chipset.

The chipset is Nvidia’s Nforce 590 SLI, which fully supports the AM2 socket the Asus M2N32 WS Pro is built around.

The board also has passive cooling for both chipset bridges. The Southbridge is covered by a plate and a dual heat pipe system connects this to the large copper radiator that covers the Northbridge. There are 10 Sata ports, including the e-Sata (external Sata) port on the rear I/O panel.
