Despite lacking a little in terms of looks, FTP Control offers you complete control over the process of FTP transfer. Whether you operate a business or simply maintain a website for personal interests, you're sure to find all you need within FTPControl.
The program offers many features not available in others of its ilk, all of which are easily accessible via the front screen or pull-down menus.
The FTP process can be directly associated with the Send To command, on the right mouse-click menu. This allows for quick uploading of files without loading the full program. FTP uploads can be scheduled for regular intervals, saving time and ensuring important files get updated as and when they should.
Scripting can also be utilised for those who require a little adaptability, and the finished scripting can be generated into a .exe file for distribution. A large selection of server types are supported; in fact, all those you will probably come across.
Simultaneous multiple FTP connections can be activated and switched between with ease. Should any connections be lost during transfer to or from an FTP site, these can be resumed where they left off, as soon as a connection is re-established.
After 30 days you are obliged to register or stop using the software. Three options are provided, with one for all user types: a Lite version for basic users, a Pro version for intermediate needs, and a Power version for those who require continuous use of the program's extensive feature set.
