All screen capture programs are pretty much the same, with the only real difference being the exact functions offered and their ease of use.
SPX Instant Screen Capture is certainly easy to use and provides a few features you may not find elsewhere.
It can capture the active window (or objects within this window), or make use of the rectangle and freehand tools to capture a particular area of the screen. These are commonplace in screen capture programs, but offer nothing that can't be done in an image editor.
The captured image can be copied to the clipboard, saved to file, opened in an image editor, sent via email, sent to ICQ for sending to friends or printed out.
It has a zoom option to magnify the screen area you are trying to capture, and a timer which can be set to grab a screenshot at user-defined second or minute intervals.
