Animated Clock is a small program that helps very young children to learn to tell the time.

Incorporating both digital and analogue tests, everything a child is likely to need is incorporated.

The program is split into five section, each of which concentrate on a different skill. Section one is a simple practice, with an analogue and digital clock set at midday. Pressing the hour or minute button moves the clocks forward that amount of time.

Section two is a multiple choice round, where the child is presented with five digital times and one analogue time - the task is to choose the right digital time that matches the analogue time.

Section three gets the child to convert from analogue to digital, having to enter the digital time that corresponds with the analogue time displayed.

Section four is a digital to analogue test, exactly the same as section three but in reverse.

Section five is purely for reference, displaying the current time in both digital and analogue formats - useful to help work out the answers to other sections.

Correct answers are rewarded with silly animations and sound effects in an effort to hold the child?s attention.
