IconUtils is basically a bundle of several Aha-Soft programs in one download, including ArtCursors, AhaView and ArtIcons Pro. Combined they make an all-in-one solution to your icon and cursor needs.

Each program runs independently of the others, but it might have been better to incorporate them all into one single user interface. However, each program is simple to use and quick to load.

Using all these tools you can create/edit icons (up to 32bit true colour, and semi-transparent icons for Windows XP and Vista), create/edit cursors (static or animated), and export icon images in ICO, BMP, JPG, CUR, PNG and PSD formats, among others.

Images of the above formats can be imported and converted into icon files, ready for use where you wish.

Complete icon/cursor library management is also available allowing quick, easy access to your entire collection.

Various effects can be applied to created images, ranging from drop shadow to mirror, creating a truly unique desktop look and feel.
