This utility lets you manipulate the way in which windows operate. Once installed, every open window has seven icons in the top-right corner, which provide access to all the available functions. These are as follows:
Chameleon This lets you change the title and icon of any window. Good for little else than deception.
Transparency Select three levels of transparency for any window with this button. Choose between 30, 50 and 70 per cent.
Minimise to tray Remove any window from the task bar, and place an icon in the system tray instead.
Hide This completely hides a window, leaving no system tray or task bar icons. Windows can be restored via a hotkey combination.
Rollup window Click this button and the window is 'rolled up' so that just the title bar is visible.
Ghost Perhaps the most useful of TweakWindows functions. This lets you make a window transparent and lets you click on any items underneath the window. This is great for times when you need to access to two windows simultaneously.
