ArsClip is an unfortunately named utility which stores a user-defined number of items (15 by default) copied to the clipboard in a pop-up menu ready for use.
Should you regularly use the same pieces of text, it's possible to store permanent items in ArsClip which is a great timesaver. ArsClip can store files copied to the clipboard as well, should you need the feature.
Keyboard hotkeys provide you with quick access to your stored items, and you can specify exactly how you want the pasting procedure to be carried out.
