Google Desktop Search is a free tool that is currently in beta. It enables users to search several data sources on their computers, including text documents, previously visited web pages and emails.

The enterprise edition of Google Dekstop Search offers identical features to the consumer version, but comes with additional management and deployment tools. Enterprise-level support is available at a fee.
