US channel to create show based on selling at the online auction site

US television channel ABC is to create a reality show based on selling online at the eBay auction site, according to reports in America.

The show will use a similar format to the BBC series Flog It, where people say what they want to sell and what they plan to spend the money on, giving them a target of how much they need to raise.

The ABC programme, which currently has the working title Make It Happen, debuts in the summer and will reportedly run twice a week.

The Monday episode will show the items to be sold online, with a follow-up on Friday to show how much the auctions raised.
