Over 100,000 visitors are expected at Asia's biggest technology event, which showcases PCs, motherboards, peripherals, components, chips and cards, as well digital cameras, tablet PCs, flat panel displays and wireless Lans.
Around 1,300 exhibitors will fill 2,800 booths and 58,730 square metres of exhibition space.
More than 100 exhibitors are showing computer systems, motherboards and add-on cards alone, with another 222 showing off the latest in peripherals.
Semiconductors, high-speed connectivity, security, IP telecoms and IP TV, automotive electronics, Linux and open source software and digital home appliances will all be big focuses this year.
